HEDLEY! ♥ ...Canadian music love-fest!
Last week I went to see one of my favourite musical acts, Hedley! <3
They are Canadian and awesome and brittlovesher wasn't really familiar with them or their opening acts, Lights, and San Sebastian.
So, I thought I'd take the time to spread the word to my international friends because I'm proud of my Canadian artists doing their thing & being super-talented!
Also, Jacob Hoggard, the lead singer for Hedley, has like the sexiest voice on the face of the planet. He and Ryan Reynolds are my boy crushes. And coincedentally they're both Canadian boys! Woo!
Let's start with my favourite of favourites :) *melt* [p.s. I do a wicked cover of this song ;) ]
Their most recent vid, "Perfect", in which Jacob is looking super sexy ;) & It's very esthetically beautiful.
Now, a little throwback. Here's their first single from back in 2005 when Jacob had a....mullet :/

She played Lilith in Toronto too so I actually got to see her twice this year! My favourites are...
Her first single, "Drive My Soul"
And her most recent, "Second Go" -- This video is really fun :)
And finally, San Sebastian! These guys are just picking up steam.
Here's their debut single. They're music isn't hugely my thing but maybe it's yours? :)

Hedley was RIDICULOUSLY EPIC live and Lights had the whole place entranced; her range and clarity really impressed me.
Seriously. 3rd best show I've been to- behind Lady Gaga and Kelly Clarkson- so that's saying something!
