She's getting sick of the Eastern Air Temple. It's a cool place and all, but there's something kind of disconcerting about having the earth above you instead of beneath your feet. And quite frankly, the others are driving her insane.

Aang is quiet. It's probably because he's nervous about learning Firebending. Sokka seems to think that Zuko is going to sneak-attack him at any moment, so he walks around with his sword drawn and has a bad habit of almost decapitating anyone who he thinks might be following him. Katara, Ms. Bubbly Sweetness, is brooding and downright depressing all of a sudden. It's like she's angry at the world since Prince Charming joined their little gang.

Actually, he's the only one that's been halfway tolerable, even if he did try to light her feet on fire.

Her feet are getting better, but she doesn't tell him that. Part of his penance is carrying her back and forth between wherever she wants to go in the enormous temple. And she takes a certain amount of delight in making him carry her extremely short distances over and over again.

"This doesn't count as getting even," she explains to him with a smirk as he carries her to the fountain for the sixth time in one day.

He doesn't answer as they exit the stony corridor, and it takes her a moment before she realizes that she's not in the Air Temple anymore. And that she's not being carried, but kind of dropping toward the ground face-first.

Stupid bar appearing at the worst possible times...
