A genuine 1967 Impala, owned by John, the guy standing by the open trunk (great pic of him, yeah? Oh, well, it's all about the car...) John was kind enough to let the fangirls pile in and ride around with him. That thing is a boat!
"You can fit a body in that trunk." Or two. Or maybe more. Plus the spare tire.
They had several props from the set of the show but these were the ones that just made me laugh, from It's a Terrible Life. Saw these over and over again in the episode and chuckled every time.
Is this massive torch cool or what? Seen at the Congress Hotel on the ghost tour with Weird Chicago. What a great old building. And creepy when you are standing in the dark listening to somebody prattle on about all the spirits in residence.
This was the scariest-looking thing I actually saw at the Congress Hotel on the ghost tour. It's an arcade game in the game room.
Anteka getting comfy just before the lights went out for our "campfire ghost stories" session. I'm guessing by then she was willing to stay there for a while. It was a great weekend but I don't know anyone who didn't come out happily exhausted.
This is MOST of us, I count at least three people missing but it's really hard to get everyone together for too long. I'm at lower right. If we look tired that's because it was the last day of the con. What a fun group!
