I took a walk today around four pm,
and it hit me around four thirty.
Shortly after, so did an out of control three
wheeler gunning toward my shins at an outrageous
three miles per hour.

What hit me besides a distraught five year
old and two blue bruises the size of quarters,
was that life is a game of survival.
The two feet we've been given, are constantly
put to the test, running toward and away from
the answers that scare us to the questions we
provoke.

But, what if the pretentious and dangerous steps
that we take, are ultimately the ones that we
need to force ourselves to make?

We needn't be scared of the outcomes, but be hopeful
of the outcomes of our outcomes.

Everything is relevant and nothing is seperated.
Everything is connected and it is all related.
