Strega → Asakura (Unit similar to Yuki; defective prototype who went rogue), Kyouko (Takaya), and Computer Society President (Jin).
Aegis → Yuki (developed by Agency and given individuality so she may be able to summon a persona)
Mitsuru → Tsuruya (daughter of agency head; has shapeshifting persona that prefers the form of Churuya out of battle. Can manifest itself at random.... in the form of Churuya. Tsuruya still needs to use an evoker on herself to regain control of it during battle.)
Akihiko → Itsuki (one of the first recruits)
Fuuka/Yukari → Mikuru (support role/analyst--muns aren't evil enough to put her into the field.)
Ryoji → Haruhi (Harbinger, et al--instead of being a fatalist like Ryoji she acts more along the lines of "WE'RE GOING TO STOP NYX! DO IT! DO IT NOW!!!" even though she knows they'll wind up fighting and possibly having to kill her. Pretty much winds up taking over SEES this way. And her intro when she first transferred in? EXACT same as in canon.)
Minato → Kyon (Starts out unable to summon a persona, then develops the Wild Card. Sees the "normal" chibi!Haruhi in his dreams in place of Pharos. Believes he's finally snapped.)
Ken → Little Sister (Transfers in with Kyon after foster family is killed during the Dark Hour. Helps Kyon awaken Wild Card by being kidnapped by Strega equivalent. To quote Itsuki: "Kyon-kun can be scary when he wants to be.")
Koromaru → Shamisen (Lulz)
Velvet Room → Velvet Clubroom
Igor → Still Igor
Elizabeth → HIJACKS KYON'S MONOLOGUES!

Mikuru likes Pokemon.
Itsuki feels a kinship with Kyon as he was in a similar situation four years prior when his family was killed during the Dark Hour. This, of course, annoys the hell out of Kyon.
....he has a horrible sense of humor--hence why he always does the (^_^) face whenever he uses his evoker. He thinks it's funny.
