Hemi's got something funky going on with his ears. Dad said he'd noticed he was shaking his head a lot, so I cleaned his ears out really good (I've got some ear cleaning swabs made for pets, you snap one end off and they have deodorizing fluid in them that helps clean.) and dad says that helped but he's still doing it. I got to thinking how in humans, antibiotics can cause yeast infections, and I was wondering if it was possible that Hemi's antibiotics he had after his surgery caused a yeast infection in his ears. I don't really want to haul him all the way to the vet just for that, though...I really gotta get that dog used to riding somewhere that ISN'T the vet.

I'm gonna get him some plain yogurt next time I go to walmart, because I know it's good for them and helps cut down on yeast infections.
