Flying post
Almost the end of the week. Thank goodness for that. Need it to end on a positive note to make up for all the computer woes.
Speaking of positive notes:
secret-seer came to the rescue with 18 (18!) of my old emails that contained some story banners and graphic elements for future works. YAY for SS!
noirbabalon also pulled a rabbit out of her virtual hat, producing drafts of the first 2 parts of Five readings for Sister Anne. All may not be lost. I can work from that.

I'm still spending every free moment typing up as many random fic thoughts that come into my brain in the hope that they can be reassembled into something that vaguely resembles what I had before the DAY THAT DARES NOT SPEAK ITS NAME.
The thoughts are fleeting though. I was dashing across campus today to meet a colleague for lunch at a cafe near the tennis courts and all the blood pumping through my brains brought part of one of the missing fic into my head. Unfortunately, by the time I'd jogged down the hill and around a few trees the thought had gone before I could catch up to it. Damn, because I think it was a good one.
Oh well, bound to have some new ones. Heh. And I did on the way home. I'll just say the word COLOUR and leave it at that. You will be seeing more of that anon. Lalalalala
Now I've got to go write cheques for what seem like a million bills *frowns at life*, then back to the various fic.
BYW Expect quite a bit of fic within the next week because as of tomorrow afternoon, I'm on HOLIDAYS for a week. YAY! Can't go anywhere unfortunately, but I expect to spend quality time with my laptop and my fic. I just need to remember to feed and water my elderly mother once a day and I should be fine.
