Holy Shit! I'm echoing Dean's thought in my head and my mouth is gaping. This is seriously super well written and awesome. I'm gonna keep reading.

*waves belatedly at new reader*
Sorry for the delay responding to your great comment, I got sucked into a deep RL black hole and I'm only now catching up.

Really glad you're liking it. It's one of my early ones, but I still have a soft spot for its quirkiness.

It's completely fine.

Well it's good that you reminded me of this fic now, because I want to check out some more of your Supernatural fic - I'll look in the master post.

Do you write in any other fandoms, or other time-travel fic? As a Doctor Who fan, I can never get enough of time-travel stories, or crack.

Other fandoms? Back in the mists of time I used to write Forever Knight, and Kung Fu: The Legend Continues. But that really was forever ago, and not under this name. I usually only have the energy to play/write ff in one fandom at a time (between work and non-fanfic writing), though I've been considering adding Merlin recently (and I'll probably give in and do some soon.)

Looking at my master list I do seem to have written a lot of crackfic *G*, but unfortunately I think this is the only time-travel fic I've done in years (at least in fanfic.) Shame on me! Such a fun sub-genre, rife with possibilities. Doctor Who - now there's a great suggestion. If only I had a time machine and I could make more time in my life, I could add that to the list too.

But don't give up hope, you never know when I might give in and branch out a bit more. And there is rare crossover (SPN/SW) in the works for later in this year in which time is a big element.
