This is just a short entry actually. I just want to rave about the music sharing in Multiply because, as I was searching for some songs to add to my library, I came across the full soundtrack of The Heights. The Heights! I liked this series in high school and I only got to watch the episodes courtesy of my good friend Maoi, who got her copies in beta tape version (haha I feel old...) straight from the States. I wonder if a DVD copy of this series could ever be made. The series reminds me of Reality Bites and Singles and is about a group of friends who formed the band The Heights and performed that beautiful song How Do You Talk to An Angel. That song came from a poem that Jamie Walters (the lead singer) wrote in the series, and I know I have a copy of that poem, I just need to find it in my scrapbook item boxes. :) I actually have a tape of this soundtrack, courtesy again of Maoi (it's a good thing we shared the same likes in music that time hehe), but I had no idea how to convert the songs there to mp3 effortlessly and for free. I already have the mp3 of How Do You Talk... but I'm glad I now have the whole album because the other songs in the soundtrack were also great. I really love that song and I remember in high school that I was really touched when someone played that song for me in a concert. His band played that song, he on guitars since he was magic on guitars and his voice hasn't much developed back then, hehe. :) But hey, he's the singer, songwriter and guitarist of a relatively known indie band now so he really has gone far. :) And that's probably a topic for another post next time. :) Anyway, ayun, just wanted to say that me love Multiply. :)
