An update, finally
Bless us.
Physically, I'm doing ok. Still in pain, sore, stiff, achy, whatever I had I still do. More testing later in the month. HOWEVER... I do get around, get things done, and enjoy. I keep putting myself out there and getting caught in mine own limitations. I love, Love, LOVE my healing intuitive! Helps me a lot!
Mentally, I'm spot on with just a little slippage of calendar. I realize I miss cultural events. Movies, theater, music, poetry readings.... I'm very excited about Artomatic starting up at the end of the month. Perhaps it will kick-start me. I hope so! And I think I can feel some poetry coming out of me, but with things to be done I get too bushed to create. I must fix that.
Emotionally, I am drained by my physical ailments. marys_daughter remarked, when she recently went pain-free for a moment, about how pain colors everything you do. It does, and it has. Everything gets weighed according to the cost in my pain.
Spiritually... I do a lot of praying. For me, for family, for friends (altho, I hope most of my friends know they are family). Found myself doing more magick. I like it. I will be doing more. Having been to SpiralGround for Beltane reminds me that my spiritual groups need to be more than spiritual. The Work is important, but the foundation and supports it rests on are just as important. At SpiralGround, there was a lot of family interaction around the teaching, learning, and spiritual magick (the Work). And I thrive in that environment. The Work needs it. And the Work struggles when it is isolated as the Work.
Spiritual Intuitive, Tarot Consultant: I'm in the preliminary creation of re-vamping my website, Treptower Keys, into my consultancy website. There will still be poetry and commentary there, but my consultancy will take the forefront. I do have a Facebook for my consultancy! It's Eridanus Darryl Kummerow: Spiritual Intuitive, Tarot Consultant over there. I've started pulling a card each day and writing my interpretation. You can find that on Facebook and on Treptower Keys.
Also, the private office continues to come together. The prints from kabeach are up and looking fantastic! I'll be asking other artist friends of mine if they wish me to put up their artwork here too.
Previously, I mentioned doing more magick. Because of a barter I'm doing, I'm creating some jar/bottle spells. And I got to thinking I could create a line of spell kits. But I like to bring people with me as I move forward to solvency. As I did with the photo prints in my office (they are for sale if you would like one, more, all!), I'm creating this line of jar/bottle spell kits, and hoping to include a friend's homemade, exclusive, herbal blends incenses to include with the spell kits. We'll see where this line leads me.
This weekend will find me at the Maryland Faerie Festival. I will be reading Tarot, and helping Elspeth, at her booth. Come on out and see us!
Must dash! I have some errands to run and to try and pack on the sly. It upsets the kittehs when they see luggage.
