Now that I calmed down, I got a second wind

Bless us.

For some reason, I did many posts this morning and in a silly mood.

Then I went outside. I love being in the city. I need a bit of urban each week. My trip to Chicago is going to need one more trip into the city. As for here, it was lovely hearing the bagpipes at the fire station, and not in a somber, sad mode. And I didn't find it strange.

While I was out, I found cool binder clips with labels on them. It'll make it easier to remember why things are in a monthly folder in my lifebook/organizer.

Got home and took a nap. Which was good and bad... I really needed the nap, as I had to recover from the time away from home this past week. Just because I'm me. But, it made me a bit sleep-stupid. So, I had to make two trips to the little grocery store to make tuna salad for my supper [why yes, I did have the tuna]. And I got a 'pseudo' second wind: I found the lights to replace the ones around the dining area (those have been burned out for months!). Which required me to rearrange the storage a bit [because that's who I am]. So, I threw away/recycled some stuff just sitting around for no reason. And now I'm tired again. *sigh*

Need to refill my meds tomorrow. I'm hoping if I get there before 9.30, they'll be ready that afternoon (maybe early afternoon? I can really hope).

I mentioned, earlier, about a friend's photography. Because I was caught up in the moment. I have many artistic friends, and don't want them to be left out. You should go see all my friends' LJs! mujetdebois, goddess_of_art, joad77, and all the rest. I have photographers, painters, artists, writers, poets, singers, musicians, and much more. I, myself, am an enabler of these people. Go! See! Be astounded!

My bed calls, and sweet Morpheus, and the Purple God of Healing.

Bless us all.
