so, umm. i am absolutely speechless after class today. we had our first lesson in actually working with clients today. hands-on stuff. just did draping, facials, etc. shoulders, relaxation. when i put my hands on my "client", i felt so at home. i took a deep breath as i moved my fingers on her scalp, and she said later she felt an energy transfer. a lot of positivity and lightness and relaxation. my breaths were full and clear all evening. no shortness, no tightness. no distraction. i could concentrate. i was interested. i was enchanted.
this is so what i am supposed to be doing. i am having a lot of answers lately.
