Did some speed work Saturday (3 miles) that turned into "omg it's 100 out why am I outside."

Did probably about 3 miles yesterday (sunday) as well after being totally creeped out by a pretty empty trail. Girl intuition?

Not the milage I needed this week, but better than it's been in the past.

This week looks like this:
Monday: Strength Training
Tuesday: Speed Work/Hills
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: 4
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 5
Sunday: 4 or 5.
