Well, I'm finally there. Recovered from the previous house disaster. Found a new place, and moved in this weekend. It's amazing. I wasn't that excited at first - I think I was turned off from what happened with the first house - but now that I'm in it it's better than ever. The neighborhood seems decent, it's so quiet. Seconds off Rt. 2 - I didn't think I could get closer to stuff, but I am now. Work is on the side of my neighborhood 2 minutes away, stop and shop is practically across the street. And the place is huge. I'm a bad judge of how much space I have when rooms are empty. I have LOTS of space lol. Moving took a lot out of me, but I've been so unstressed since the move. No more douchebags to listen to next store, no more kids in the yard, no more dodging toys to get out of my driveway. And I can't wait to see my new utility bills.. the mortgage is only $180 more than my rent, which is fantastic. I got a 2.99% rate, which is incredible. This place has gas heat, which should be wayyy cheaper than the oil I had at the other place. Plus it has central air so I can control that better, rather than leaving window A/C's running 24/7. I'll have an added water and sewer bill, but that's not too much, and the way everyone makes it seem, is that I'll get a huge tax break because of all the things I can deduct. Hoping to be unpacked by this weekend. Can't wait!
