[The black rider of Ikebukuro here, making her way through the now-more-crowded streets of the City. She's going much slower than normal to avoid running in to anyone or clipping people, her bike as silent as ever despite the fact that it's "running". Helmet on and visor down, she looks like any other courier would-- did she clip you? Do you need a last minute delivery? Do you know her?
