A Positive Shock/Surprise
Yesterday, my Ex (Jeff) and I ran a few "gotta git 'er done" chores together. The first was to take the large glass jar--into which we have been tossing loose change for years--to the bank with the goal of pouring said change into the bank's change counter machine. When picking up the jar takes actual effort, you probably can expect a pretty worthwhile result. It was better than I dared hope for. And I am smiling even here before 5a.m. on a Christmas morning when I could NOT sleep past 1:30a.m. Not that I was hoping to catch Santa ya know. . . I gave up on outwitting that cagey Santa fella a few years ago.

Indeed! I felt seriously robbed of a nice Sleep-In. Oh well, I got lots of bits and pieces stuff done. Including a neighborhood walk, some reading, cleaning, and other such exciting and fun things. 😇
