I lose track so quickly...
3.7 miles at 4.5mph. I was angry, so went fast and also stopped early. Working out makes my adrenaline pump harder which just pisses me off more. Do you have any idea how bone thin I'd be if exercise was a cure to my anger/frustration/disgust as opposed to a catalyst?
