Quick food.

1/2 box pasta (rotini, penne, radiatore, something like that) + 1 can of diced tomatoes (preferably small cut and "garlic and olive oil" seasoned) and all the juice + 1 can of broth or equivalent water + some oregano + some basic + some garlic + a few tbsp of butter + 1 can of beans rinsed and drained = 2 tbsp of vinegar (balsamic or cider are best) = FOOD. Bring tomatoes, broth or water, butter, and seasonings to a boil, add in pasta and beans, stir, cover, cook until pasta is done and it's looking saucy. Uncover, add vinegar, and cook uncovered for another minute or two. 20 minutes or so and you're eating. One dirty pan and nothing to chop.
