December Update
Strange things happening in Martin-land. Tom has been at my house for 2 weeks today, a situation which is less uncomfortable than it could be, but not without its hassles and anxieties, for sure. Still, it's been weirdly fun.
I'm suddenly suffering from congestion, sneezing and a scratchy throat. Not sure if this is a cold, or some sort of monster allergy attack. Last year around this time I got a sinus infection that lasted till March, so I'm getting paranoid about that.
So Josh Ramsey came to visit this weekend, which was lovely and wonderful. I hung out with him in various combinations of Jason Mason, Michelle, Lauren, Anthony and Tom, and we also went to Temple and saw lots of folks. Got a call on my cell phone from Candace - she was checking up on him like a loving wife should. Special.
I can't wait for the Doctor Who Christmas episode. The preview trailer looks amazing - even better effects than last time around, from what I can tell. And how can you resist evil robot Santas? And speaking of Doctor Who, an article on MSNBC suggests that Peter Jackson take the helm of the TARDIS for a big-screen adaptation! Good idea, I say, as long as RTD produces or co-writes it.
I am getting so fucking sick of Christmas songs, though. Aside from the ones we're rehearsing for church, my co-worker listens to them all day long on B97.5. It's really driving me nuts!
I know there's probably more I should say, especially considering that I haven't updated in such a long time, but I'm drawing a blank here. Just to close on a note of jollity, here's an article about a 500-pound man arrested for defrauding fast food places out of free food. Priceless!
