yesterday was indescribeable. i journeyed to the end of sanity and back with the help of substances. it was pretty amazing, unable to keep myself from laughter. meditating in your power spot is really awesome, i don't really know. pretty impossible to explain; just an experience that not many people understand any longer. the flower children seemed to understand.

hope everyone is learning things this summer.
