I never thought I'd say this, but I miss my old GM.
This new one is diving himself headfirst into everything I do. He double checks my work everyweek. When something isn't the way it "should" be, he questions me on it. I was given creative control on some things in the event that we didn't have specific items or something, and now I have to report to him whatever changes I might make and get it approved first. He's never approved anything, and in fact, makes me do MORE work to do what he thinks is best, which is totally not the way it's supposed to be done. Something that would ordinarily take me half an hour is now taking me two hours. I'm rushing at the end of the night to get everything done. I don't see how this is fair.

I've been searching for jobs, but to no avail. I can't afford a pay cut, but everybody's paying minimum wage. And I can't work two jobs, because I have so many other things I do besides work.
I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place.
I want to get a job where Scott works, but they aren't posting jobs for what I'm looking for. All of it is software engineers and such, and that's definately not in the range of what I can do.
