Adam's interview
1.) What would you ask God when you got to heaven?
-Did I do what i was supposed to do, and do i get another chance
2.) Are you ever inferior about certain aspects of your body/mind? Why?
-yeah, a lot of times i worry about whether i'm smart enough to do certain things. I also often wonder whether I'm attractive or not...When i was younger i used to worry about my birthmark, but now i LOVE it because it's a part of me that sets me apart from others.
3.) What is the most important lesson that you have learned in life so far?
-No matter how well I do and what I achieve, I always have a responsibility to help those who are less fortunate than myself.
4.) What made you choose the major you are going to pursue in college?
-well I plan to pursue Social studies which will mix things like government, ecnomics, history, and social theory. U.S. History last year really got me interested in politics and history, and that course really changed my life in terms of me deciding what i want to do.
5.) What literary or historical characters/people have influenced you?
-Marcus Garvey. I'll never forget this quote to black people: "Up ye mighty race, accomplish what you will!" It is a source of inspiration whenever i think of it. He also said and did a lot of other great stuff.
