spring break in rainy florida
I'm supposed to be working on all of the assignments my kind teachers gave me to deal with over the break... but no, I'm screwing around on the internet. It's been rainy, so I didn't get any pool time today. I spent most of the cleaning my mom's house and hanging out with my grandmother, which was nice. I don't think I can take any more Terry Schivo coverage, which my dear grandmother insists on commenting on every half hour. My legs are killing me after running up and down the stairs so much. I had dinner with my step-father at this fantastic Thai restaurant. Mmm, peanut calamari, hot and sour soup, and spicy pepper pork loin with brown rice and lots of Thai tea. Tomorrow I'm going to go shopping with the compensation money Southwest gave me after getting me to Tampa 5 hours later than I had intended to be here. I want something pretty, maybe a new dress and heels because I haven't bought anything pretty in a while, poor little broke me. My brother said he's going to take me to some vintages store in Ybor city.
