My usual winter clothing and a satchel of papers and books. I can probably find string here, and at least there's material to burn.

I'm not asking anyone to fly in this, but...

Teleport, possibly.

If we can find someone who can do that, we should be able to start getting food out to the people trapped where they can't just make something. Maybe even see if we can't make sure no one's caught outside.

It's likely that people outside won't have their journals with them, but if anyone who can teleport could make food runs, people would be a lot better off.
