"I can't get past her. Falling faster. It's true. It's better when I bleed for you"

Well...I haven't updated in a while...mainly because I've been so frigin busy. This isn't going to go into much detail, I'm just touching on the big things that have happened in the past...almost month...wow it has been a while lol. These most likely aren't in order.

Finals at Giants Stadium:
Definitely the easiest one to start off with. That day was just frigin awesome. The ride up there consisted of a ton of sugar, 2 mountain dews, me, Kelly, Cantone, Josh, Paul M, Tabby, Zach, and a video camera. I also have some pictures of Mike and I drumming on our shoes (pretty cool action shots) and me fishing using a drumstick, pixy sticks as string, and a gummy worm as bait for Swedish Fish. Oh, I almost forgot...we watched Aladdin...which sparked some interesting conversations. We decided that we were going to be each character...I don't know why, but as soon as that was said everyone instantly said I was Aladdin...I guess that's a compliment? Anyways, I started singing the songs that he sings and realized I kinda sound like him lol. Then, Mike was Jafar, Josh was Abu, Kelly was Iago, Tabby was Jasmine, Paul was the Sultan, and Mr. C was Genie...but the funniest one was the discussion about who Becca was. We first said that she was carpet, then as I so politely put it..."I'm NOT riding you!!!"...so she then became Rajah..."Ok, I guess petting you IS a little better...". (I never figured this out, so now I'm going to...apparently Josh is my pet, I find Mr. C, I marry Tabby, whose father is Paul, and whose pet is Becca. I then kick the shit out of Mike, whose pet is Kelly...well then...) Anyways, once we got to Giants Stadium, all of the seniors started to feel the fact that it was our last finals, so alot of people were joking around to keep our spirits up until we finished the show. It wasn't the greatest show, but I can't say it was horrible. It still went really well, and I'm happy to end my marching career like that...I can't remember the score. Well, all the seniors got to salute with Kyle and Melissa. That was fun, especially the wait before going on the field. We joked around so much, and I think it hit all of us how much we're going to miss one another. So, that pretty much sums up finals, besides the fact that almost everyone but me and Paul fell asleep on the ride home, and I think Mike was drunk when we go back to the school...not getting into it...lmfao!!

What next...well I guess Thanksgiving:
Nothing big...went to the game...East got beat, nothing new. The show we did was awesome, plus playing the pep music was fun. Anyone one that understands percussion will know what I mean when I say Mike and I were playing around 36" lol. In other words, we were playing so loud that our sticks were going over our heads. After the game, I went to my aunt's for dinner. Once again, nothing special.

Hmm...Some things have happened between my friends and I...not getting into it here.

Well...the next big thing I can remember off the top of my head is the choir concert at Trinity Church. It went extremely well...there were a few songs in each group that small things went wrong, but other than that, it was a great concert to start off the year with. The 2 quartets did an awesome job...something went wrong in each groups least worked song (Goodnight, Sweetheart for the guys quartet, and Goody, Goody for the girls), but even then, we still did well. It was a great ice breaker for the septet, and even the octet (the 2 quartets combined) sounded good. After the concert, a bunch of us went to Applebee's (let's see if I can remember everyone...Me, Lyss, Paul, Ben H, Melissa, Ilene, Kerri, Amanda B...if I forgot someone, you can hurt me at some point lol). We joked around and brought up alot of memories from Canada. It was an overall awesome night.

Finally, the Division 2 Superbowl:
Unbelievable game...but it was frigin COLD!!! Mike and I went even more insane than we did on Thanksgiving, this time he was playing over his head, and my sticks were almost reaching the center of Becca's drum, who was sitting behind me. We even started making up parts while the crowd chanted stuff lol. The field show sounded and looked awesome. Umm...I was extremely hyper...but what else is new lol. Oh yeah...EAST WON THE SUPERBOWL!!! 21-14!!! First time since 1985!!
...Best word to sum up that entire night...Blankey...

Ok...I think that's everything. I'm probably missing some stuff, but whatever. Lata
