Jimmy Eat World (or J.E.W. as Steveo and Andy called them...don't ask lol) and Green Day gave one hell of a show...definitely the best night all summer! Let's see...
The ride up there was...interesting...to say the least. We were stuck in traffic, so Steveo wanted me to go in the trunk and get the food. By the time we decided that I was going to get it, I got the bag of chips and left the trunk open for the hell of it...I didn't realize it would piss off the cop that was a little further up the road. Then, while we were eating in the parking lot, we just joked around until we walked to the floor level.
At the ticket area, where you have to get searched for weapons and stuff, we found out that you're allowed to have METAL spiked bracelets and belts and stuff, but Lyss had to take off her RUBBER pyramid spike bracelet. Does that make ANY sense at all? So, she hid it in a flower pot, and it was actually still there when we came back. Once we were inside, we figured out that everytime you go to the bathroom or something, you have to be re-searched in order to get back in...even with bracelets saying you're on the floor.
Anyways, the best stuff happened once we were in the concert. I know this isn't all in order...but whatever. Hmm...Lyss thought she was looking at me and said I had a nice ass, only to realize she was looking at Andy. I went to block Lyss from hitting me (I don't remember what I said), but when I did, I hit a security guard in the crotch with the palm of my hand...and with all my luck...I found the one gay one...he turned to me, winked, and smirked. Steveo and Andy were grinding with the random girls in front of them...only to realize their boyfriends were next to them. They started a rock band on stage...and I was going to volunteer to be the drummer, but I thought the part was going to be really complicated. Come to find out, the part was extremely easy, and I was air drumming it before Billy even chose the person...I was so pissed, figuring I could play it better than he could!!
Anyways...there was alot more, but I don't have the time to write the rest of it. I'm off to the beach with Lyss...Lata!
