Citrus Caviar

In case you didn't see it in the blog post, here is that photo of the Australian Finger Lime.
When you break it open & squeeze the end, the caviar-like nodules come tumbling out.

In case you weren't sure, that is a dime behind it to show how tiny this fruit is.

As far as I know they are not yet available retail. Right now I can only get them as part of a "mixed exotic citrus" case.

If they do pop up in stores here Whole Foods are likely to be among the first to have them.
