Let's see currently I've employeed as both Moderator and administrator hoshi3 + another Moderator helike.
I'll keep it like this for now and try to finish overdued banners as I'm still aware of that. I'm alraedy going to take myself down so hoshi3 can change the rules for whatever he/she likes.
