Round 4 Results
here is our elimination for this week:

Next week will be the last week that we will have extra votes like this, since that way no one has the advantage in the last week. ^__^ so work hard on your icons so that you can get help to get into the final two.
Icon #1: because I think the green background doesn't suit the characters colors. That's why Shinn and Stellar doesn't seem to be well integrated to the icon, they stand out too much to my taste.
I can't read the the word with the cursive font : this font is pretty but I think it must be used in a bigger size.
#1: not a big fan of the text you used, or the colors. the green doesnt really go well with shinn and stellar. i thinkits a bit too light, and too different of a color. also, the text is hard to read, and the fact that its like double doesnt help either.
1) The background is pretty and the overall concept is nice, but the colouring of Shinn and Stellar - especially Stellar and the pink of her jacket - could have worked with the background better.
#4: It is a nice icon but I am not sure if it is because of Lacus's position or something else, but her face looks like it has been scaled vertically more. There is a lot of empty space on the right.
4: Why?: Lacus looks quite scratchy. I think too much sharpen. The tiny weeny outline of her looks un-neat. The text is ok but I don't like how the word 'joy' gets cut halfway by tiny text. Dsitracting
4. the icon looks blurry overall and not very well done. the text is hard to see and nothing actually seems to fit that well.
4 : The hair of Lacus looks like either too much sharpened or badly cropped. It makes it stand out from the soft and nice colored background. There's also too much light on the bottom. Maybe the brush on the orange Haro should have been erased.
#4 - The edges of the picture of Lacus seems a bit too sharp, the cutout could have been more smooth. Other than that, it's a really pretty icon, I really liked the colors and use of text, so I really hate to vote it out...but the cutout sort of ruined it to me. ^^;
