I'm kind of annoyed that the Career Development Office apparently doesn't answer questions over e-mail, even questions that would take like two minutes to answer. The guy told me to go in and set up a meeting, but I'm not going to because it's easier for be to Google sample resumes until I find someone who has done independent work than it is to make an appointment for next week, travel into school, have a ZOMGmeeting!!! where he nitpicks my entire resume, even the 90% he already did, and then submit the resume that I intended to send in yesterday (but foolishly stopped to send him a question). You would think I would have learned by now not to attempt to access guidance programs.
ETA I have to go over there today anyway to pick up MY SUIT XD XD !!! so I can go into the office and be like OK, can I see someone NOW for like two minutes? If, like I expect, it does not work, I will just come home with an awesome suit and Google.
ETA2 OK he totally saw me and fixed my problems. It appears to help if you walk around like you've got great big...privilege, and everybody will give you the benefit of the doubt and come answer your questions in the ten-minute break between their scheduled meetings because they are so awed by the size of your...privilege.
he's really pissed off now,
why i'm awesome,
