Oh my GOD I wanted to do something like this for some time now and I waited to long to get it together, and this guy did it AWESOMELY. For backstory, Phoenix Jones is a real person who dresses up in a superhero costume and patrols his neighborhoods streets, and he has a group of other people who do the same, they call themselves the Rain City Superheroes.
