[ Narrowing his eyes at the other, Katou takes one final drag of his cigarette and exhales with a sigh as he drops it. Yeah, he'll come at him but in his own fucking time. He's in no hurry to die again, but at the same time there's really no sense in dragging out either. So with a final smirk at his opponent, he shifts the katana back into his dominant hand and lunges. ]

Katou's moves are predictable, as always, without even a hint of strategy. With one fluid movement, Lucifer slides to the side and punches forward. His hand easily breaks the soft tissue of Katou's chest and he can feel the splintering of his ribcage as it cuts through the other side. Blood rushes warm onto his shoulder.
He looks down on him, vaguely disgusted. It never did take more than one.]

[ It was strange how unfamiliar his voice sounded to his own ears when filled with a wet rasping sound that accompanied the blood bubbling up into his mouth from his destroyed chest, spilling down over his chin and neck in warm, thick streams. Funny how he could still bleed, even with a body made of plants. Katou might've laughed at that under any other circumstances, but instead he simply found himself giving into the inevitable.
