Pro/Con List
Okay so I was gonna do this tonight, but I'm gonna give it a try now.
The Pro/Con List for working at Pine Summit this summer & leaving Unum
PRO
1. Get to be w/youth from churches ALL summer
2. Get to experience God while doing ministry
3. Have an unforgettable experience running a youth camp
4. Get to pray w/fellow workers everyday, having God in my face the whole summer.
5. A huge growing opportunity (being away from everyone for a whole summer)
6. Learn how to work in a different ministry field
7. Have possible opportunities put in front of me for future positions in ministry
8. Fulfilling part of my dream (working w/kids)
9. HELLO. . . .BIG BEAR all summer?!?!
10. Working w/Bear & his CRAZY wife
CON
1. HUGE pay cut (I'd only be making $160 a week, versus about $690)
2. After the summer, I will have no job and no place to live
3. Losing all the stability I currently hold when I'm done
4. No money to start over when I'm done
5. Losing possible opportunities at UNUM to move up the ranks (promotion)
6. Have to pay for storage and cell phone while gone for the summer
7. Be away from family/friends/THE BOY for 4 months
8. Would not be at Lake Hills Church w/my Jr Highers for 4 months
Hmmmmm have to analyze this now.
