this is it, read my warning

So as a lot of people know, i'm pretty sure the world is ending soon. Ive been thinking a lot recently about how we presently- live in the future. Ages before us have been portraying the future in movies, books, and other types of media for years. We live in that age now! Let me explain my thinking:

I was recently watching Godzilla® and was dumbfounded by the back cover. We live in a time when we own words and phrases. Its rare now that you can read something or watch tv without being bombarded with these types of symbols- ®©™. We spend millions of dollars fighting over someone using those words and phrases without some sort of legal written consent. Every other word on the Godzilla® case had some symbol next to it and its so obtrusive and almost sad. But moving on..

Mark got me a PSP! and it's awesome. But honestly as soon as you hold one of them and realize everything their capable of- you know that we live in the future. These things are as small as they can get without the screen being too small, they play dvds, they play video games (that you can even download onto it), it holds as much music as a mini ipod, it can hold your home videos, it can help you share your pictures, oh- and the dvd/games are about the diameter of a babys food jar. These PSP's are the future, and ive had it for 2 weeks. Beyond that, Mark told me today that PSP's are coming off the shelves because the analog button is too much like something that creative has a patent on. oh excuse me: Creative®©™. Yeah you get my point.

We have cars that open with fingerprints as the keys. Everyone has some sort of MP3 player- white headphones look like a uniform on the train. The world is completly over populated. The government (especially after the patriot act) watches us like goldfish in a bowl. We have even exhausted the way we wear clothing- we have to start going backwards and calling it 'retro'. We can play videogames with people across the country. We can find information about almost any person by typing their full name- or email address on google. We have websites that can show you live footage of your house at that moment. We have people on this earth that would kill everyone they know for a few bucks. Simply put, people in this world are too grimy to keep existing.

As to why do i think the world is actually ending... well it is.
I definitely believe the world is ending..
the liturgical year, as we all know, is a little messy. Its not really that cut and dry, the vatican messed up the calendar (along with multiple other things), and The real year is from december 19 to december 19.- keep this in mind.
The ancient people of the Mayan culture predicted the end of the world- and in our yearly system- that ending is in 2012. They prophesied that before the ending of the world in 2012, there would be 7 years of turmoil (this is also prophesied in revelations). The first of the 7 years- IE 2005, is supposed to be the beginning and one of the worst years.
Keeping in mind that the real year is from december 19 to december 19, Lets think of what has happened at the end of 3 months.
1. Tsunami kills nearly 300,000 people. -sidebar- mark and i were driving down first avenue and tried to picture what a Tsunami must look like- coming at 500 Miles an hour taller than all the buildings sweeping over us- we concluded the land cruiser wouldnt save us and we'd be done instantly.
2. 3 earth quakes only in the UK -in march alone. (recent UK quakes)
3. these are earthquakes world wide this past march alone:

4. the amount of volcanic activity has dramatically increased since the shifting of the plates caused by the tsunami. March 8, 2005: St Helenas has a Short explosion, the ash in this short explosion made it 36,000 feet into the air.

5. The ground around yellowstone volcano in wyoming has risen over 70 centimeters reciently- making it obvious that the eruption is coming soon.
6. Weather. I dont even have to get too detailed with this because you all have eyes and memories. You know the weather hasnt been crazy like this. All i have to say is that within one week we broke over 100 weather records. Last week we had a record drop of 57 degrees over here in NYC, within 20 hours.

theres been lots of other things that my mind just cant recall right now, so i cant look it up. Such as lava coming out of the ocean floor by hawaii. The only thing I'm trying to accomplish by this live journal entry isnt to scare you or to get you to think im crazy. Simply, I just want to share. I believe time as we know it is ending- and ive pretty much come to terms with it. I'm not dropping out of school- no matter how much i want to. I'm not moving out of New York (which i believe to be the first city to go). I'm just dealing. So if you read it and you believe it- or even if you dont believe me, just cuddle up with someone- boyfriend/girlfriend/bestfriend/family tell them you love them and appreciate people, because who knows how long we're here for.

::::forgive me if this isnt the most eloquent writing to come from me, im burnt.::::
