CHALLENGE 50 - WE ARE WHO WE ARE.
Challenge: As a team, create a post (or posts) in your team community that illustrate who you are as a team, while convincing new members to join you!
Specifics:
- So this is my challenge that will carry over to the next round, and should be helpful for recruiting new members for your team next sectional.
- When completed, I will link your unlocked team posts in the application post at gleeverse. New members will have the ability to look at those posts before deciding which team they'd like to join.
- The goal of this is generate excitement with the new members by allowing them have a glimpse into the inner workings of the teams and decide which team they would fit into the best. Each team has a different energy that works well for different types of people; the new members will want to go to a team they can relate too. It is my hope that this challenge will eliminate a lack of participation based on the stigma of team names. If you are successful (and I know you will be!) you'll be helping cut down inactivity on your teams.
- YOUR POST ITSELF: can be absolutely anything you'd like. Writing, graphics, .gifs, lists, games, testimonials, random snippets of trivia, fanmixes, winning entries from previous challenges, milestones of your team - anything you think captures your distinctive characteristics and could convince users to join your team. Express yourselves!
- Team leaders: When your team's post is complete, please post a link to it in the comments. :)
Points: If you participate in some way before July 20th, at 11:59 pm, EDT.
(Time Left) - even just in brainstorming, comment here just as you did with the spam challenge, and you'll receive 5 points.
Special Note: I had originally planned on using this challenge, but
whisper_lillies suggested something very similar in the end of sectional poll. Charli*Ann, if you participate in this challenge before July 20th, I'll give you an extra 5 points. :)
Deadline: Your post does not need to be completed by the end of the round on July 20th, but should be nearly complete (or at least have the foundation to which you will expand) by the time the new round starts and members begin to roll in. The beginning of the new round will be decided by the poll below:
