Endless Endless Depression

I am so upset I just dont know what to do or where to begin. I forgot to take my alergey medicine today and i havent taken robitussin... needless to say my throat, chest and nose are not happy right now. I feel so helpless, even if we did try to start something, how much change can occur... its as if we were only taught to ride out this wave of

i had to read a book called black power for my minority politics class and the whole basis of the book and movement was to have blacks embrace themselves and then shut themselves off from all other minority groups & white liberals because working with anyone who wasn't black meant that they would have to sacrafice their ideals. they did decide it was ok to work with 'very poor whites,' but that was probably because they were the only group more economically/politically depressed than they were.
