I was talking to Deb the other day about my Fakesgiving dinner and mentioned I was having cooked celery and Deb was underwhelmed with that choice of veg. I mentioned that celery water makes the best gravy (it's true!) but on any given big dinner I'd take celery above pretty much any other green veg. Now, I must go eat my soup (with celery!) and you can have a poll.
