Garage-y
Well! Two days of garage sale-ing and I'm exhausted. We were only going to be 9-2pm today but went until almost 3. People just kept coming and I'm not going to turn them away. The first day we netted the majority of the cash, but the second day we did well in terms of getting rid of little inexpensive stuff. So all in all, it was worth it. Since the prediction was rain on both days we opted to use the front room in the house to sell little stuff that would not like getting wet and the driveway for manly tools and outside stuff. It was a bit weird to have people trapesing through the living room, but we had moved everythign out of it except things to sell. So I sat at the door (closed) to the dining room and people really couldnt go anywhere else. Since I was inside and Mike outside, we were able to interact with more people, I think. And we met someone from The Netherlands who said he'd give us his brother's number there because he likes to welcome people from the U.S. How nice is that?
