yo yo yo. am feeling a bit geeky at the moment due to having been to see Graham Coxon who was fab. and supported by Duels who I like as well. am wearing a nice geeky outfit for college which helped me with genetics this morning. actually I am quite good at genetics cos I remember it all from school.

ooh huge excitingness as well last week caused by le Boosh, I nearly fell off my seat with joy the whole way through even though my favourite line ever was lost in a small war of the roses ("you're not deeply Spanish, you're clearly from Leeds: I've seen the way you talk to women" was half drowned by Manchester's taking exception to the mention of Leeds), and also the sight of a small girl dressed as Old Gregg disturbed me somewhat.

volunteered to work Sunday morning, having forgotten that (a) it was mothers' day (b) I was going out saturday night and (c) the clocks were going forward. our sunday morning surgery is 10 while 11, how great would it have been ifthe clocks could have changed at 10? "no, sorry, too late, we're closed now." ah well. it was freakishly quiet actually.

my bus was on time this morning as well which I'd like to think was due to the complaint form I sent last week but was possibly due to the Unison strike causing half the schools in Bradford to be closed and thus not disrupt the roads. I should complain more often though, especially about public transport, I always mean to and never get around to it and it was quite cathartic, also sometimes they send you money.

looking forward to offbeat this week as it seems like ages since I've been. also am planning ventures with one of my friends from work to visit strange places and get drunk and stay out and preferably see bands and possibly sleep in stations etc as she reckons never to have done it and.... me neither.... that's clearly a lie. not for ages though.

um yep. that's my thrilling life at the moment. it's no wonder people don't respond :(

xx
