Art, art, and more art!
Have some art recs! Many of them are from 
snarry_games, which I urge you to visit if you're not already following it -- I haven't seen a bad bit of art yet!
I'll start with my favorites from that fest:
Leviathon, Bound by kasche (Severus/Harry, PG-13)
I'll start off with this swooningly romantic (but not sappy) piece from one of my favorite fanartists. Snape is no match for this determined Harry. ♥
Time by saridout (Severus/Harry, PG, see post for warning)
This brings a lump to my throat, but there's also a warm, peaceful feeling to this portrait of an elderly Harry nearing the end of his life.
Fight or Flight by glockgal (Severus/Harry, PG-13 for family abuse/child abuse)
Two young boys, reacting to abuse within their family in very different ways. If this doesn't make you want to hug both Snape and Harry, check your pulse.
Threesome? by chrysos (Severus/Harry[/Sirius], PG-13, AU)
Hee!! The fun of this one is in the facial expressions (Padfoot looks so excited, and Harry has the cutest little blush) and in the wonderful little details the artist has included. It will make you smile. :-)
If, For a Moment by chupachup (Severus/Harry, PG-13)
Even more than the story this evokes, I absolutely adore the style of it -- the way the artist captures figures and emotions with a few rough lines, the dramatic use of white space, and the tiny flower blossoms falling like rain from one panel to the next. Truly stunning.
Picture Perfect by accioslash (Severus/Harry, PG)
I think anyone who's ever been in a long-term relationship will recognize the truth in this piece, which warmly and hilariously captures what "happily ever after" really looks like. (Hint: It ain't roses and candles.)
Possession by emerald_dragon8 (Severus/Harry, R)
I love the stark composition of this -- the brief glimpses of Snape and Harry's life together that Snape must somehow hide from Voldemort. The use of black and white makes this very dramatic.
And now for a few other pairings/characters:
tableaux vivants: twenty-five years in sixteen poses by Anonymous (Remus/Sirius, G/PG, canon life and death)
Wow. Wow. I have to thank nk_aoede for pointing me to this because it's one of the most powerful pieces of R/S art I've ever seen. What makes this so cool is that the artist cleverly layers each image of Remus and Sirius's relationship on top of the previous ones, so you can faintly see where Remus and Sirius have been and how their lives have led them to each succeeding moment. I can't describe it well, so just go look at it -- it's brilliant.
A Journey by Anonymous (Harry/Draco, PG)
I'm not even sure what to say about this one -- it simply makes me boggle at the talent in this fandom. The "journey" in the title is a trip into Harry's subconscious, into memory and love and old wounds and everything that makes him who he is. The art is powerful in its simplicity.
Delicious by Anonymous (Harry/Draco, NC-17, rimming)
After all of this PG-rated art, there had to be some porn, right? The title sums this one up -- it's positively guh-worthy. ;-)
