Okay, I think my brain is functional enough to post some recs now. :-)

Blame it on the Rhine by snegurochka_lee (Harry/Pansy, NC-17)
This is a fun, sexy fic featuring Pansy as the co-owner of an art gallery (with Draco) and a Harry who has been dragged along to visit it despite having no art appreciation whatsoever. Clueless Harry is adorable, and I love his chemistry with Pansy. Also fun is all the art embedded into the story so the reader can puzzle over its meaning along with Harry. :-)
The Promotion by gypsyflame (Harry/Draco/Severus, NC-17, D/S, humiliation, consensually roleplayed dub-con)
Apparently I meant to rec this back in August but forgot about it. *headdesk* It's a ridiculously hot roleplaying scene with Harry and Draco as a married couple and Severus as Harry's stern boss. SO HOT. (And there's more where this came from -- there are two other fics in the same established controlverse.)
A Midnight Clear by onehundredmoons (Remus/Sirius, G)
This little fic made me feel warm inside. Simple and heartfelt.

Lovely vignettes follow a few Christmases in Remus and Sirius's relationship -- and offer the hopeful ending I wish they'd had.

This packs a lot of hotness into less than a double drabble's worth of words!

It's so exciting to see a fresh K/M voice in the fandom -- especially when the writing is this good. This fic is about the apartment that Bones keeps in San Francisco for when he's on leave from the Enterprise, and about how he and Jim slowly make it a home. That description makes it sound sentimental, but it's wonderfully not so -- it's funny and real and just sweet enough.
How We Are (But Not How We’re Going To Be) by alpha_hydra (Kirk/Spock, R)
I'm not really sure how I wound up reading a 35,000-word K/S big bang fic, but I did and quite enjoyed it. I liked the premise -- that Kirk and Spock are having major problems getting along in the early days of their first mission because they don't seem to speak the same language. At McCoy's suggestion, they decide to try counseling. The author writes the tension and misunderstandings between the two very well, as well as the vulnerabilities and insecurities that trigger them.
Nowhere With You by canis_takahari (Kirk/McCoy, NC-17, AU)
Please let canis_takahari never stop writing Jim and Bones. No one else writes them like she does. ♥ This is a modern-day AU (a follow-up to Run (I'm a Natural Disaster), which you should also read) featuring Bones meeting Jim's mom, a yearly ice fishing tradition between Jim and Sam, and Bones getting beard burn in strange places. It's pretty much guaranteed to brighten your day.
Winged Desires and Veiled Persuasions by imachar (Pike/Boyce/McCoy, NC-17, see post for kinks)
The porn gods have smiled upon us, because lo, they have brought us smut that is not only hot like burning but also mature and intimate and intelligent. I love how comfortable Pike and Boyce are in their relationship and in who they are -- this author excels at demonstrating how competence, life experience and a few gray hairs are just as sexy as flashy, youthful good looks. And I love how she reveals the little hints of vulnerability that the characters trust each other enough to show.
