Art recs plus fic for my prompts!
Hi all! How is your weekend going? :-) I am plugging away at my "fic to read" pile, though I'm still sure I'll be reading fest fic through June or so, LOL. This time of year always revives my HP love because there's such a wide variety of pairings and such a glut of fantastic fic and art. *swims around in it*
Before I get to a few HP art recs, I wanted to point to a few Star Trek goodies that were written for my prompts in a recent "first time" challenge over at jim_and_bones (one of the best comms on my flist ♥):
Supernova by withthepilot (Kirk/McCoy, NC-17, fisting)
Nnnnnnf. <-- That's pretty much what all of the comments to this fic look like, because it is HOT. It also has perfect characterizations of Jim and Bones: Jim is so eager and determined, and possibly jumps into something that's a little over his head, and Bones, unable to resist him, loves him enough to get him where he wants to go.
Also, you know, it's hot. ;-)
Please Ask Me No More Questions, Please Tell Me No More Lies by seanchaidh (Kirk/McCoy, NC-17, D/S, bondage, spanking, toys)
This was written for my prompt of "first time one of them had to use a safeword," which sums this up pretty well. I liked that the sex felt realistic and imperfect, and that Jim and Bones communicate their way through what goes wrong.

This is a stunning piece of art -- disturbing and hot and beautiful.
