Thanks so much to rickey_a for the shiny glitterati sunglasses in my profile! *puts them on and attempts to look cool*

For the Star Trek folks out there, I had to share this glee-making TOS macro, which has so far made me laugh out loud five times (ie every single time I've looked at it). I found it via jlh, but I don't know who made it -- so if you do, ( Read more... )

Well, I generally just stay up too late and read. If I can't, I tab and leave it open. I'm in trouble if the tab closes by accident or my computer crashes--and sometimes, I just close it, and make a note of the URL. When I do that, it's unlikely I'm going back. But I manage to read a lot :-)

Spock/McCoy fics I like are:

http://ewinfic.livejournal.com/40154.html "The Oppposite of Expediency", is AOS Spock and McCoy.

http://acaramelmacchiato.dreamwidth.org/771.html "Quod Erat Demonstrandum" is snarky Spock/McCoy, also AOS.

I rec thistlerose's fic above too, including this one: http://thistlerose.livejournal.com/1146632.html?style=mine which involves a baby and is adorable.

I actually ship TOS Spock/McCoy, though--they are my TOS pairing of choice. And therefore:

http://www.fastcopyinc.com/orionpress/2273-2275_The_Second_Mission/trapped.htm Cathy German's "Trapped", which is a friendship fic.

There's more ... but I am tired, so that should get you started? There's actually some great Kirk/Spock/McCoy fic, too, if you are so inclined, that does a nice job of the TOS Spock/McCoy dynamic.

Ooh, thanks for the recs! I have read (and enjoyed) The Opposite of Expediency multiple times, great pic. Quod Erat Demonstrandum and Trapped are new to me, so I will check them out.

I stay up way too late and read too. /o\
