i didn't tell my psychologist today.

i tried!
i told her about how i had trouble forgetting the past
and she asked what particular things
but i just, i didn't want to cry.
i'm afraid of crying.
so i told her how i dropped out of a musical when i was the lead, but then quickly switched subjects.
