Sock Attack!
I am a newly converted sock knitter. I LOVE sock yarn. Best part is that it doesn't count towards the stash!
These are the last pair of socks I completed. They are a hybrid of a few different patterns I found online and are called Mom's Pumpkin Pie socks.
I sent them to my sister who moved out west to go to med school. She was feeling homesick so I made her a pair of socks to remind her of our mom's perfect pumpkin pie.
These are my favourite pair of socks that I've made for myself: My Disco Jaywalkers made with yarn purchased at the 2006 MSWF.
Currently, I am working on a pair of Broadripples for either my mom or myself (we have the same size feet) and a pair of Nutkins for my sister. Both are on hold at the moment for different reasons. The Broadripples are missing their contrasting yarn for the toes and the Nutkins I am waiting until my sister gets home so that she can try them on before I finish them.
