Title: Marry me. (Part B)
Pairing: Harry/Louis (Larry Stylinson)
Summary: Prompted by an Anon on Tumblr; Louis and Harry announce that they’re getting married to the Styles family, the Tomlinson family, the rest of the boys, and finally the world.
The ride to Cheshire was fun, to say the least. They had the radio on extremely loud and just sang along to whatever came on, thoroughly enjoying themselves. When they did, finally, pull up outside of Harry’s old house, they were greeted by an emotional looking Anne.
“Oh my… boys!” she pulled them both into a hug, piratically cutting off their circulation her grip was that tight.
“Mum… can’t… breathe.”
When she did let them go, it was only to whack them both over the top of the head.
“Ouch! What was that for?”
“Why didn’t you tell me you were coming down?! I could have gotten some nice bits and bobs to eat in, or some beers for you lads, or something!”
Louis couldn’t help but smile at the sight before him, his fiancé and future mother-in-law were the perfect example of what a family should be like: loving, with a fair amount of banter. It made him fall in love with the curly haired lad that little bit more.

Ten minutes later saw the boys, Anne and Robin all sat in the lounge, nursing cups of tea as they chatted idly about what they had been doing since they saw each other last. Unfortunately, Gemma was at work. She had gotten a job as an English teacher at the local Primary school, which she had been thrilled about. She had always wanted to teach, and now she could do what she loved. All those years at University weren’t wasted, after all.
“So what made you come down, hmm? You’ve got that look, Harry, you know the one where you want to tell me something but you’re waiting for the right moment. The same one you wore when you thought that you’d got Ashley pregnant, but of course that can’t be the case here.” she smiled soft at the two.
“We, uhm…” glancing at Louis out of the corner of his eye, taking his hand in his. “We’re,
sort of, well, Louis asked me to, uhm…”
“We’re engaged.” they finished together, speaking in unison and trying to hold back a laugh at the fact they were now finishing each others sentences. Not that they didn’t before, but with the fact they were now due to me married made it all feel a lot more domestic-y than it had previously.
“Oh… oh! Oh God! Oh Finally! Finally! Fina-fucking-lly!”
For the second time that day, they were pulled into a bone-crushing hug by Harry’s mum, shortly followed by Robin.
“She’s been planning the wedding ever since you told us you were together.” he told them, chuckling softly once they had drew apart.
“Oh shut up, you were just as bad.” Anne laughed, whacking him in the arm playfully.
“So you approve? I don’t really know the procedure of asking anyone to marry me, should I have asked you first? Or-”
“Lou, honey, you’ve had my approval since the start.” She smiled, pulling him into another hug, this time more softly as she whispered into his ear.
“You’ve always been a part of this family, I’m just glad that now it’s going to become official.”

It was probably a good thing that Harry had passed his driving test a few years ago, and could now drive Louis’ car better than he could, because there was no way that Louis would have been able to drive properly at that moment.
Not only was he still terribly emotional over what Anne had said to him, but he was also so nervous over telling his own mum about the engagement. What if she thought they were still too young? What if she-
“Will you stop worrying, Boobear? It’ll be fine.”
“Promise?” he asked softly, trying to refrain from bouncing his knee. He knew Harry hated it when he fidgeted. Well, that was a lie. Harry actually loved it when he fidgeted, it turned him on for some bizarre reason, but seeing as though they were announcing to his future mother and sisters in law that they were getting married, it wasn’t very appropriate.
“I promise.”
-
Of course, they needn’t have worried at all. The moment they told Jay and the girls, their reactions were very similar to that of Anne and Robin. They were ecstatic, only this time there were a little more tears from Jay’s side as she pulled them both into a hug, exclaiming that Harry was “the best damn choice that Lou could have ever made.”
There was a small argument between the twins as to who would make a better bridesmaid, before Louis had to carefully explain that there wasn’t going to be a bride at the wedding, but they could be two of the grooms-men, well, grooms-women. They seemed to be okay with that, as long as they could wear “pretty dresses.”
It was fair to say that the day had gone pretty well, Harry thought. Not only had they had amazing sex that morning, but both their families had been more than supportive about their engagement. Now all that was left, was for them to tell the lads.
Luckily enough, when they were approaching their apartment complex, they had a text to say that Niall and Zayn were both at Liam’s.
“Well at least we don’t have to call them all together ourselves.” chuckled Louis, killing the engine.
“Lou?”
The older boy turned to face his boyfriend, raising an eyebrow questionably.
“I just wanted you to know that everything you said last night… I feel the same.” he smiled softly, causing Louis to grin, before leaning forwards and pressing their lips together for a brief moment.
“I love you so much.” he whispered against the older boys lips.
“I love you too, Curly.” he smiled, before pulling away. “Right, lets go and tell the other lads that the two hottest lads of the century are now officially off the market” he winked.
-
“Honey, we’re hoooommeeee!” shouted Louis, the minute they opened the door to Liam’s flat.
“Kitchen, babes!” was the reply they received from Zayn. They could hear more talking, but wasn’t quite sure what was being said.
Harry grinned, an idea forming in his head. They had done the traditional sit down announcement with their families, so why not shake it up a bit with their bandmates?
“Guys, guess what!” he exclaimed, binding into the kitchen, completely ignoring the laptop that sat on the table.
“Harry-”
“Shush, Nialler. Anyway-”
“Harry-”
“Liam, seriously, shut up for a minute. Right, me and Louis are getting married. He asked me last night, and we were just off telling our families today.” he grinned. Better to put it out there, than to skip around it.
“Obviously you’re all invited and we expect presents on the day” he winked jokingly.
Suddenly, laughter rung out from near the doorway where Louis was leaning. Harry turned to face him, confusion written all over his face.
“Seriously, it wasn’t that funny, love. What’s-”
“Y-you just told the wh-whole world.” he laughed.
“No I didn’t.” The youngest boy frowned. “How did I?”
“We tried to tell you,” chuckled Niall. “but we’re going a twitcam at the minute. Say ‘hi’ to our 14,000 viewers and the witnesses to your announcement, Hazza!” he laughed, gesturing to the laptop.
“Well fu-”
“Harry!” Liam interrupted, a warning tone to his voice.
“-dge cake,” he ended, smiling innocently at Liam.
“Well that’s one way to tell people, I suppose.” Said Louis once he had calmed down, moving so he could hug his fiancé from behind, placing a soft kiss on the back of his neck.
“Congratulations, guys.” Zayn smiled.
The tweets were saying the exact same thing, and soon, Larry Stylinson was trending worldwide
