Drive me nuts
I can’t believe the mental aptitude of some people. I have been dealing with some emails from our suggestion box. Good Grief - they are all from people at Ft Myers, Florida. I wonder with some of their suggestions if any of them have common sense. They want this or that changed but there is already a policy on it.
Someone from Ft Myers even said that they have a problem with the agents not reading the whole article so they wanted us to put certain info at the top of the article so that they could make sure that the agents get the information. What is that about. If you have the article open then read the damn thing. It is there for your benefit. Don’t say change it so because the agents don’t read the whole thing. What a stupid foolish thing to say.
Write the agents up or get rid of them if they are not willing to do their job.
I had to send another email to Ft Myers today in regards to a screw up with HP. The same agents name keeps appearing on the spreadsheet for not troubleshooting and just doing a cold transfer. When her name 1st appeared it needed to be address. That should have been the end of it. How hard is it to stay with the customer while HP takes care of the customer on the call. If you can’t do something that simple then please do us all a favor and quit before you get fired!
They are great for nothing but creating for work for us at Magna.
As you can tell I have been quite cranky lately. I wish I had some influence over the way things are done at Ft Myers but oh well. Screw ups will continue to happen I am sure and who knows if things will get better out their. They think they are great but oh my my, they could blow away in a hurricane and we would not miss them.
Sometimes I think the whole issue lies with the South. I lived in Biloxi, Mississippi and I could not for the life of me believe the way people do things there.
Oh well. Enough already.
