Fill a new layer with the color C9B589. Set to soft light.
Another fill later with CBAF62 also set to soft light.
Now this set to Hue. Made by bombayicons
Next set this to soft light and erase the part on her face, neck, and hand. Made by alaskanicons
Now some text by either lipsofpoison, chouchoune or mata090680, I can't find which it came from.
If you want add a border: *ctrl+a* edit - stoke.
