After cropping and editing your picture you'll set the texture made by i_gration to multipy. This and the one below are found here.
Then you'll set this texture also made by i_gration to lighten.
Now you duplicate your base and drag it to the top of the layers and set it to soft light. So far I have this.
Take this made by hisatomi and set it to lighten.
Now take this made by wound3d and flip it horizontaly and set to lighten opacity 42%
This, by the same person as above, set to screen opacity 44%.
Set this, by hisatomi to overlay, opacity and fill on 50%
Lastly take some tiny text by chouchoune and your done.
