Taking a break from studying, I decided to pen down the places which I've always wanted to try:
(in order of preference)
01 Ember whose set lunches are supposedly legendary for its affordability, value and yummy factor
02 Sage. Super expensive place that serves all the yummy goodness like my favourites - foie gras and steak. But I'll only come here for super special occasions because of the $$
03 Noble House, a chinese restaurant at tanjong pagar which sebby just introduced to me a couple of days ago. The ala carte buffet's around 38 nett per pax and the quality of the food's good. There's stuff like pigeon soup, stir fried beef cubes, ice-cream puffs, mango pudding and so on.
04 Valentino's; one of the more famous and better Italian establishments around
05 Forlino, because of how good the menu looks on Xiaxue's blog
06 Bonta which I heard, serves very very good bread
I also wish that there is a mall just outside my place which has all my favourites under one roof - rochor tauhuay, psr foodcourt's dimsum, ichi tei's saba fish, fep's chicken rice, the nasi lemak near kenneth's place, mutton satay, sakae teppanyaki, carrot cake from anywhere, mos burger chilli dog, macdonalds shaker fries, koi bubble tea, my favourites from epicurious, b&j, thai express....
...I'm hungry already.
